I’m very excited to introduce you to my friend Monty! Monty Miller is a personal fitness trainer located in Wilmington, NC and has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UNCW and a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from UNC-Chapel Hill. Ladies, this is a great program. If you need to get in shape, either in a short amount of time (for
a wedding) or just to gain a better lifestyle, Monty is a wonderful trainer. He offers a great boot camp geared towards women who want to get in shape and see results. What’s great about it is Monty is offering the first 2 weeks for free to see if you like it! This is a great alternative if you don’t want to pay for a full gym membership but need the motivation and want a trainer to help you lose weight. It’s also fun! You get to meet new woman and bond together as you’re going through the same situation.

Also check out all the before and after pictures of his clients- they speak for themselves and they’re just fun to look at. But even better than his website is the blog!
