This really should be a hump day help post but the screen saver tutorial can wait but little Jordin’s session from yesterday could not! The screen saver on my Mac has been random default screen savers ever since I got it and for some reason it irritates me every time it comes on. They’re so annoying. It seems like most of them are trying to give me an epileptic seizure. So I decided to solve this problem by creating my own. Why not use this space to invigorate you and inspire you? This can also apply to your computer desktop. Why look at some boring background when you can look at a picture that inspires and motivates you and puts you in a better mood? I had a Pinterest board of quotes building for a while now and I hardly ever get to get on Pinterest anymore. I thought it would be a great idea if I could have these quotes flash across my screen and make my screen saver a little more pleasant. Here’s what you do:

  1. Download images or quotes from Pinterest and save them to a folder on your computer. I pulled all off the images from my Quotes board on Pinterest.

  1. For PCs: Go to Settings > Control Panel > Display > Screensaver
For Macs: Go to System Preferences > Desktop & Screensaver > Select the folder you want to use for the screensaver
  2. Voila!

So now I have pretty images come up and it puts me in a much better mood!

Happy Friday eve!
