If you didn’t come out to Flow Fitness last Friday for Girls’ Night Out, you surely missed out on a good time! Not only where you supporting a good cause but there was fun and entertainment! Cheri, the owner of Flow Fitness, who I love to death, put together a great fundraiser for her sister, Maggie, who has been diagnosed with colorectoal cancer. They had a silent auction, music, food, wine, a fashion show, and performances that were A-mazing!
I will say this. If you are a woman, looking for an encouraging, fun, and new place to workout- this. is. the. place. They have so many different ways for you to take classes- you can sign up for one 6 week class, or pay a monthly membership and take different classes, or buy a punch card and sample them all! They offer Zumba (as you will see), belly dancing, pole fitness, boot camp, pilates, and the new craze, TRX!
We raised an awesome amount of money for Maggie and the cool thing was she was on Skype the whole time watching the party in New Jersey! Anyone could go up and talk to her and get to meet her which was so special.
Maggie, you keep fighting, girl! I know you’re going to pull through!
Maggie on Skype!
